These Indian Cuisines are making people drool worldwide

India is a diversified country having the highest number of religions and seasons. To the uninitiated let us enlighten you – India has 6 seasons and 6 predominant religions namely Hinduism, Islam, Christianity, Sikhism, Buddhism, and Jainism. Yeah, that’s correct!! But are these two the only reasons why India is famous or are these two the only points famous about India? Well, the other factor that grabs the eyeballs of other countries about India is the Indian cuisine. The reason why Indian cuisine is famous because it is rich in taste and flavor.
So, let’s take this opportunity and mention top 5 Indian cuisines famous worldwide:

1. Pav Bhaji

Every Mumbaikars’ delight and a must have Indian cuisine in Juhu Chowpatty gets a makeover in the west and is known by the name Sloppy Pav. Do you know that Sloppy Pav or Pav Bhaji is one of the most highly ordered Indian cuisine outside of India? Check out this video to believe your eyes:

2. Aaloo Ka Parantha

Delhiites are crazy for Chandni Chowk keParanthe or MurthalkeParanthe. This is kind of a regular breakfast for our Punjabi friends. But do know that this Indian cuisine is called as Spicy Potato Bread and is famous in London, Manchester, and Florida. In India, we eat this with maakehaath ka achaar and in the west, it is consumed with mayo and yogurt dips.

3. Seekh Kebab

Be it kebabs from the famous Lucknow restaurant TundayKebabi or be it the Kareems in Old Delhi, seekh kebab is one of the most popular snacks. But, when this Indian cuisine went to the west its name changed to Meat on the Stick. In India, it is served with rumaali roti while outside India this cuisine is served with cold salads, cranberry sauce, pesto, rosemary, and thyme.

4. Dosa

Originally originated in the Southern part of India, this Indian cuisine has won hearts of many because it’s not just tasty but also very healthy. But do you know that this Indian cuisine is famous abroad as well? In the USA Dosa is called as Golden Crepe and Rice Pancake in the UK. Being a no-calorie dish the health conscious people patronize it highly. In India dosa is served with coconut and garlic chutney and sambhar while in the west it is served with pesto, mayo or mustard sauce.

5. Falooda

This mouth-watering sweet dish was originally founded in Pakistan but because India and Pakistan have been so close (no pun intended) we will definitely keep our claim on it (like a lot of stuff and no pun intended again). So, in India, we eat kulfi falooda but as you go to the west it is called as Glass Noodle Bubble tea/ Rose Syrup with Chia. In the west, it is served almost in a similar way as here in India – with noodle, milk, cream, and toppings.
